How to return something
Send us your order number and what you're returning. We'll email a prepaid label within one business day, and you drop the package at any post office.
Refunds
Your refund goes back to your original payment method within five business days of the package reaching us.
Exchanges
Want a different shade instead? Tell us when you write, and we'll ship the new one as soon as your return is on its way.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within thirty days and we'll replace it right away. There's nothing to send back.
