How long does shipping take?
Two to four business days anywhere in the US. Orders placed before noon Pacific ship the same day.
Is shipping free?
Free on every order over $50. Under $50, it's a flat $6.
Can I return something I've opened?
Yes. You have thirty days from delivery, opened or not. How returns work
How do I find my shade?
Hover over a product in any collection to see it swatched on bare skin. Stuck between two? Send us a photo taken in daylight and we'll help you pick.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every product is vegan and never tested on animals.
Is there anything in them I might react to?
There's no fragrance and no essential oils in anything we make. See every ingredient list
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship anywhere in the United States for now.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Send us your order number as soon as you can.
How do I become a Veloura creator?
Apply on our Creators page. There's no follower minimum. Apply now
